Ground Shipments
All in-stock items will ship within three to five business days and will arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

2 Day Delivery
Orders must be received at Robbie Adrian by 10:00am PST to be delivered within 2 business days. Please note that the second day express deliveries are not shipped on Saturday or holidays but only during standard business days.

Overnight/Saturday Delivery
If you require overnight or saturday delivery for your order, please contact us directly at contact@robbieadrian.com.

Packaging
We ship using materials which are recycled, recyclable or reusable. Any boxes we use to ship your purchase, we urge you to reuse. Our gift boxes are lovingly hand made with the hope that our customers will reuse or re-gift them.

Returns
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by email or phone (refer to the Contact Us page). Have your order handy and please let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Please not that items shipped back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

Washing Instructions
Because dry cleaning involves toxic chemicals and is not considered a healthy or earth-friendly method, we strongly encourage other cleaning practices. All Robbie Adrian blankets can be machine washed on gentle cycle, using warm or preferably cold water. Feel free to damp dry your blanket in the dryer on a delicate setting with low or preferably no heat. For best wear, we recommend not using hot water or high heat. It is best to remove your blanket promptly while still slightly damp, gently shake, reshape and dry flat. Because our blankets are made with natural fabrics that are not treated with sizing or other finishing materials, they may appear even more “loved” with each washing. Press, if necessary, on medium-high heat.
Another alternative is the use of a “wet” or a CO2 cleaning service. These are safer cleaning methods. For a list of these cleaning services go to:

Our Cotton
Our luxurious organic baby blankets are made from 100% certified
USA organic cotton. Our fabric is made with cotton grown in West Texas, spun into yarn in and knitted on the east coast. Our organic cotton is certified back to the bale of cotton by the United States Department of Agriculture. We maintain a file of certification with each lot purchased.

All of our cotton is dyed with low impact, non-azo, non-heavy metal, fiber reactive dyes. In our velour selection we currently offer a blanket made with whitened cotton velour. The whitening process is done with hydrogen peroxide as opposed to harsh chemical bleaches and meets American Organic Standards.
